In one respect, the wheels seem just a tad too modern. On the other hand, they don’t really look amiss at all, and would be appropriate if the car was raced in the late ‘60s or thereabouts.
I also endorse that they are not Yet Another Fucking Set Of 17

I’m not a huge fan of the early C1s, but I like the wheels and color combo on this one. Kinda odd to me that they did a fair number of upgrades to the car, yet left the Stove bolt.
To each his own I guess.

It does have a Stovebolt under the hood. And a Super T10 4-speed, along with other upgrades.
